Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Ki Bole you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Ki Bole lets you view polls, vote (guest, registered, or anonymous), comment, and view results as independent sets — verified, guest, and combined. Guest and combined results carry a representativeness disclaimer; they are not exit polls or official results.

3. Eligibility & accounts

Some polls are restricted (e.g. logged-in only, residents only); eligibility is shown before you vote. You are responsible for your account and accurate profile information. Users under 18 require guardian consent and receive no targeted advertising.

4. Acceptable use

No hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence, spam, or unlawful content. Comments are subject to AI-assisted and human moderation; moderator decisions are final. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Cyber Security Ordinance 2025.

5. Voting integrity

One identified vote per user per poll (changeable while active); guest votes are de-duplicated by device. Mass/duplicate voting, automation, or fraud are prohibited and may trigger a verification challenge or block.

6. Anonymous voting

Anonymous votes are unlinkable to your account by design and are final. You cannot vote both identified and anonymously on the same poll.

7. Content & intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a licence to display it on the platform and in aggregate/derived summaries. Aggregate, anonymized results may be published or shared.

8. Advertising

Ads, where shown, are non-intrusive and never appear on sensitive or political polls. Targeted advertising is never shown to minors or to users whose age is unknown.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Ki Bole is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Editorial decisions about poll topics are at our discretion.

10. Takedown & disputes

Content takedown requests are handled under the Cyber Security Ordinance 2025 workflow, with an appeal channel. Contact us to report unlawful content or to appeal a moderation decision.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms with notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
